Dizziness and BPPV
BPPV
BPPV stands for Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo, a common inner ear condition that causes dizziness with head movements, such as turning in bed. Manual therapy, such as the Epley or Semont maneuver, can be effective in alleviating these symptoms by repositioning dislodged crystals in the inner ear to their original position.
Cervicogenic Dizziness
Cervicogenic dizziness, caused by neck problems, can result from neck injuries, poor posture, spinal wear and tear, or overuse. Our treatment focuses on improving neck mobility and stability, reducing muscle tension, and relieving nerve pressure.
Manual techniques restore freedom of movement and are complemented by neck muscle exercises and posture correction for daily activities.
